His basic biography will show that Samuel Oshana was born in Boston and experienced tremendous investment success in New York. However, that is only part of the story. He now calls Miami Beach home and, while the level of business success continues, it’s more focused on Florida real estate these days. In the last few years, he even obtained a Florida real estate brokerage license, which gives him the ability to widen his reach with investments in Florida commercial and residential real estate, primarily in Dade and Broward Counties.
These days, he has demonstrated great success with buying abandoned properties for a low price in "up-and-coming" neighborhoods, fixing them up and selling them for a healthy return. Before that, however, Samuel Oshana was an investment advisor and broker, and he has worked with some of the largest and most prominent brokerages in the country, including JP Morgan and Heartland Securities. He was certainly qualified, holding series 7, 63 and 55 licenses, which allowed him to sell all types of securities and to engage in equity trading, as well.
